Okay, I have a confession; I did! I stole the cookies.
Seriously though, why wouldn’t you steel these beauties?
You can’t get much better then a warm, ooey-gooey, chocolate chip cookie inside, that also has a crunch to the outside.
And, did I mention that they are; Paleo friendly, sugar free, gluten free and grain free…! Did I mention that these are grain free and GAPS friendly?
Lets take a look at the ingredients: coconut flour (full of fibre), coconut oil (good quality fats), brown rice syrup (sugar free), dark chocolate (simple delicious).
…Looks like these pass the test!
“Dad… Thats REALY good!”
This is the response I get… and that puts a smile on my dial.
If soft, thick, just-a-little-doughy-in-the-middle, chocolate chunk loaded chocolate chip cookies are your thing, you’ll love these. You won’t even notice there a little better for you, but you can rest easy knowing these are way more guilt free.
The best thing of all –
They are so simple and quick to make. We can do it in-between having a swim and goofing around on a Sunday.
