“Eat more veggies”… We’ve all heard it before.

And, we know that to boost energy, help us lose weight and truly take care of our health we need to nourish our bodies.

But, here is the actual Green Smoothie Recipe that tastes AMAZING…

And is super easy to make.

This is known by a lot of the members as the; Laziest Green Smoothie.

As, its only got a few ingredients and is quick to make.

Which is why there are so many using this for

* Breakfast.
* At work.
* Or when on the run.

And you still want to get a health punch of protein, veggies, fats and nutrition to fuel your day.

In a blender (we’re using a nutribullet) –

Throw in:

  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder. We’re using Sunwarrior.
    1 Scoop of Superfood Blend.
    2 Handfuls of frozen Zucchini.
    Dash of cinnamon.
    1 Teaspoon of Macca powder.
    2 Teaspoons of Chia Seeds.

You can also throw a dash of coconut oil in for extra fats!
