2-3 cups of leafy green vegetables

Sprinkle in Superfoods

2 Teaspoons of fats

2 cups of liquid

Liquid Base

Water

Coconut Water

Coconut Milk

Almond Milk

And add in your Protein.

 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Pack in your greens, superfoods, and fats.
  2. Add your liquid base.
  3. Add your protein and ice
